SMALL BUSINESS LOANS
MERCHANT CASH ADVANCE

I grew up in a Northwest Montana town called Libby. At a young age, I had a paper route, mowed lawns and shoveled snow. My parents had a large garden and thankfully they had 5 of us kids to help work it! At 12 I went to live in my uncle's Farm in North Dakota for the summer. It was farm life. I bucked bales of hay, fed cattle and ran the tractor. I did a lot of hunting and fishing and enjoyed snowmobiling in the mountains. Around that time, my father bought a 1927 Chrysler coup he wanted to restore. Little did I know, that would be my start in the body shop business.

At the young age of 18 I married, and we had 2 kids. Struggling with alcohol abuse wasn’t conducive to married life, and we divorced some years later. After this, I moved to Great Falls and did a lot of work with semi-tractor trailers and Farm trucks. All this experience led me to build my own shop. It was an exciting time for me which lasted for 5 years until it burned down one night, and my dreams were crushed. I know the ups and downs of entrepreneurial life.

After this I moved to Kailua Kona Hawaii and still feeling the pain of my loss, the last thing I want to do is be in the Collision industry. So I started selling cars at a new car dealership which wasn’t fulfilling so I took the plunge and started my own collision repair shop again. I also met an amazing woman and remarried. Things were looking up.

But the Great Recession hit in 2009 and in a few years, I had to file bankruptcy and close the shop. Being an entrepreneur is not easy.

In this first picture, is my wife and I with two of our daughters (we have 7 kids now). My kids are the greatest source of joy for me. The other day my 12 year old son said he wants to be a plastic surgeon. I made cars look better, I guess he wants to make people look better.

Living in Kona is amazing, I free dive and Spearfish and can hold my breath underwater for over 4 minutes.. I’m passionate about helping others so I work with Compassion International sponsoring children in 3rd world countries. One of our children we sponsored was able to be part of our wedding in the Philippines.

My entrepreneurial adventure has led me to mom-and-pop business funding. I help other entrepreneurs and businesspeople reach their goals and navigate the tough times. It brings me a lot of joy. I look forward to seeing how I can help you.
