Mary’s diverse background includes business ownership in the trucking industry, health coach and licensed insurance agent with diverse skills of finance, administration, marketing and sales. Her passion for supporting others to meet their health and wellness goals first began while she was employed as a bookkeeper part-time in her church; she committed to leading and facilitating a wellness ministry. This led her to attending the Institute of Integrative Nutrition in NYC where she successfully obtained her certificate as a health coach and continued in IIN’s Immersion program counseling 10 of their incoming students.

Each facet of her career gave her different challenges as well as different opportunities to learn different facets of business. Sometimes getting out of her comfort zone exposed her to areas that gave her new experiences and a better understanding of different perspectives.
